1. Master's degree or above, with relevant backgrounds in chemistry, polymer materials, inorganic non-metallic materials, organic new materials research, and project management.
2. With 10 years of relevant work experience.
3. Understand the R&D process and be familiar with the project management process.
4. Have team spirit and good communication skills.
5. Having a certain level of project management ability is preferred, with high work efficiency and cross departmental collaboration ability
